1 Copyright Policy

Proceeding Bali-Bhuwana Waskita: Global Art Creativity Conference operates under a full open-access model to foster international scholarly exchange. To protect and respect authors' intellectual property rights, the copyright terms are established as follows:

Copyright Retention by Authors: Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright of their published articles. Authors do not transfer their copyright to the proceeding organizers or the publisher.
First Publication Rights: Authors grant Proceeding Bali-Bhuwana Waskita a non-exclusive license to publish, index, distribute, and archive the manuscript in both print and digital formats.
Self-Archiving Rights: Authors hold the right to deposit and share the final published version (publisher's version / final PDF) in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites without any embargo period (zero-embargo policy).

All articles published in this proceeding are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license permits readers and researchers to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for academic, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

1. Attribution (BY): Users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Credit must include the original authors, article title, proceeding title (Proceeding Bali-Bhuwana Waskita), and DOI link.
